RENTAL OF HABITUAL RESIDENCE

SUMMER LEASING CONDITIONS
Once the booking has been accepted, the customer must make a down payment amounting to 25% of the total by means of bank draft to our account at least one week before their arrival.
If the booking is cancelled one week before the arrival date the customer will be charged 20% of the amount of the booking, or 50% if it is cancelled within the seven days prior to arrival.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Swimming pools are open from 01.06 to 30.09.
Maximum occupancy in 4/6 pax (2 rooms) apartments will be 6 people, and the 5th and 6th persons must be under 15 years old. Under no circumstances will a higher occupancy be permitted.
Keys can be picked up at the offices of SER. INM. SANT JUST, in La Pineda, Pau Casals, 113, at the following times: Monday to Saturday from 5 pm to 7 pm. Holidays 10 am to 1 pm
On arrival, the customer must pay €150 in cash by way of deposit. This deposit will be refunded on departure after the condition of the apartment has been checked. In the event of breakages or damage to the apartment for an amount above the deposit, the customer must pay the difference between the deposit and the actual cost of repair or the replacement of the appliances or the damage.
.Apartments should always be vacated between 9.30 am and 10.00 am on the last day of rental. If for any reason the customer wishes to vacate the apartment before the last scheduled day of rental they must do so within our office hours, otherwise SERV. INM. SANT JUST will withhold the deposit until it has been able to check the condition of the apartment. Once the condition of the apartment has been checked, it will refund the sum on deposit by means of bank draft to the account number provided by the client before their departure, and the draft transaction expenses will be met by the guest.
The apartments are intended for peaceful use and enjoyment by customers, who are expected to observe the relevant moral and social standards at all times and guarantee peaceful coexistence. The residents associations of all operator's buildings have their specific regulations and, as applicable, obligations. Tenants are subject to these same regulations, and failure to observe them will lead to immediate eviction from the apartment.
Parking is optional (subject to availability) at a cost of €6 per night.
Cots are also optional, subject to availability, at a cost of €6 per night.
